The tiger within
Size F50 (116.7 × 91 cm)
I didn't want to become stronger.
It's okay for women to be weak.
It's okay to cry, to feel lost, and to rely on someone.
Even so, life sometimes makes us stronger.
The tiger depicted in this work is
Rather than strength or aggression,
This represents the strength of the instincts that lie dormant deep within a woman.
When you try to protect something important,
No matter how many times you get hurt, when you try to get back up,
Within us, a strength we didn't even know we possessed awakens.
I didn't want to become stronger.
But, in order to live.
To protect.
That quiet instinct is always present within us.
