Still Works explores these emotions
through the presence of women and animals.
Instinct and reason.
Fragility and strength.
Wounds and renewal.
We carry these contradictions within us
as we move through life.

we are still here.

Story
Life rarely unfolds the way we imagine.
I have been lost,
hurt,
and forced to stop more than once.
There were moments when I almost lost sight of who I was.
Yet I never gave up on living.
While raising five children and facing the realities of life,
I continued to ask myself the same question:
“Who am I, really?”
In searching for that answer,
I found my way back to art.
Emotions that cannot be expressed in words.
Pain and struggle.
Hope and renewal.
I pour all of them into my work.
My paintings are not completed answers.
They are a record of my journey,
and a message to those who continue moving forward despite everything.
Before I knew it,
my life itself had become my art.
